By accessing the pages or using any part of their content or services, you accept these General Terms of Use of the website www.spectra-media.hr ("General Terms"), as well as all other rules and conditions of use of the relevant pages and services provided through it. g. perform any illegal or unauthorized action;
h. transmit or distribute any illegal content;
i. publish, transfer and/or exchange personal data of third parties;
j. publish, transmit and/or exchange content that contains viruses or similar malicious software or other programs designed to destroy or limit the operation of any computer software and/or hardware and telecommunications equipment;

User guarantees 35. When publishing or uploading your content to the site, you give SPECTRA - MEDIA d.o.o. the following guarantees regarding such content:
a. that they are the author of such content, i.e. that they have been authorized by the author or other holder of copyright or other intellectual property rights to publish such content;
b. that the content complies with all legal regulations;
c. that the publication of content protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights in any form will not in any manner violate the rights of third parties, including in particular copyright and other intellectual property rights, reputation, honour and dignity, the right to privacy and other rights of third parties;

You hereby agree that you will take over all possible claims for compensation of damages, which may be made against SPECTRA - MEDIA d.o.o. due to your violation of these General Terms and Conditions, including the above-mentioned guarantees, and that you will compensate SPECTRA - MEDIA d.o.o. and other injured users and third parties for all damages and costs incurred due to the violation of the above.
Responsibility
36. SPECTRA - MEDIA d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage that could occur due to the interruption of availability, non-publishing, or deletion of content or errors in the operation of the pages.
37. You use the pages solely at your own risk. SPECTRA - MEDIA d.o.o., as well as any third party associated therewith, does not guarantee in any manner that the use of the site will not be interrupted or that it will be without difficulty in operation.
