Machine for recycling toner cartridges

The toner cartridge recycling machine is a patent of the company Spectra-media d.o.o., and its main task is to extract the remaining toner powder from the used toner cartridges (up to 10% of the remaining powder), inerting it and separating it from the rest of the toner cartridge.

The remaining part of the waste toner cartridge (plastic, aluminum, iron) from which the powder has been separated is safe for further processing.

Characteristics of the toner cartridge recycling machine:

• Capacity up to 600 kg/h
• Maximum dimension of toner cartridges for processing – 400 × 100 × 100 mm
• Maximum mass of toner cartridge for processing – 0.9 kg
• Power consumption – 30 kW together with the ventilation system
• Power source – 50 Hz, 400V
• The machine is equipped with an anti-explosion protection system
